1 kg chicken drumsticks
1 MAGGI Chicken & Herb Gravy Mix
2 MAGGI Oyster Sauce 275mL
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced.
- Place drumsticks in a large bowl; pour over combined MAGGI chicken & herb gravy mix, MAGGI oyster sauce, ginger and sesame seeds; toss thoroughly. refrigerate 1 hour or overnight if time permits.
- Pour 1cm water into the base of a baking dish. remove drumsticks from the marinade; arrange in baking dish, reserving marinade.
- Bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked, basting with marinade during the cooking.
