What you need
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 415 grams pink salmon
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a 22cm pie dish with baking paper.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add the sour cream, season with cracked pepper and whisk to combine.
Add the salmon and Parmesan and mix well.
Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
