Ingredients
- 125 ml hot water
- 2 tsp Moccona Barista Reserve Rich Espresso
- 235 ml milk of choice, very cold
- Coffee Ice Cubes: 250 ml hot water
- 2 tsp Moccona Barista Reserve Rich Espresso
Method
- To make the coffee ice cubes, combine hot water and Moccona Barista Reserve Rich Espresso and stir to dissolve. Pour coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze 4 hours, or overnight, until solid.
- To make the latte, combine hot water and barista quality Moccona in a large glass and stir to dissolve. Add a few coffee ice cubes and top up with cold milk.
- Serve immediately. The perfect way to enjoy a moment of me-time on a hot day.
