Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup GF crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup raw honey
Method
- Line a 17cm x 17cm loaf tin with baking paper.
- Into a bowl, place all the ingredients with a generous pinch of sea salt and stir to combine.
- Press the mixture into a prepared tin and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice to serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
