Preparation Time: 60 minutes
- 1kg white, round potatoes
- 300ml thickened cream
- 40g sachet salt reduced French onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 180 ̊C.
- Peel and slice potatoes 5mm thick then place into a baking dish.
- Combine cream and soup, pour over potatoes and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
