Cooking Time: 3 hrs
- 1/4 cup maple-flavoured or pancake syrup
- 2 tbsp Grey Poupon Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp oil
- Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil.
- Grill 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with syrup mixture.
Serving Suggestion: Serve steamed greens or fresh salad with your favourite dressing.
