Mandarin Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium mandarins
  • 1 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond mix)
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Put mandarins through juicer, leaving skin on for extra zing, or remove if you prefer.
  2. Pour juice into a jug, add the remaining ingredients and blend with a stick mixer until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
