- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- Dijon mustard
- Sliced dill pickles
- Swiss cheese
- Butter the sourdough and turn over so the butter will be touching the sandwich press.
- Spread the mustard on the other side of the bread.
- Top the mustard with ham, sliced pickle and Swiss cheese.
- Toast for about 10 minutes until golden brown on the outside and when the cheese has melted in the middle.
