Ingredients
What you need
- 1 large fresh mozzarella ball, thickly sliced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 9-12 cooked prawns, peeled, tails intact
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves, to scatter
- 2 tbsp garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Method
- Arrange mozzarella, tomato and prawns in a ring on a serving platter.
- Scatter with cherry tomato halves and basil. Season.
- Combine olive oil and vinegar. Drizzle over salad. Serve.
