- 2 very ripe bananas
1½ cups quick oats
⅓ cup raw peanut butter
¼ cup vegan choc chips
Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mash the bananas and combine with remaining ingredients.
- Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and place on the tray.
- Gently press with a fork.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
